"My name is CHRIS STEIN I am 22 years old. I did something very stupid
last year. I walked into a wal-mart and stole a drill-bit, I wont go into
why I stole the drill bit,but to make a long story short when I walked
out of the store a 17-18year old kid grabbed me by the back of the shirt
and statred screaming in my face and pulling me backwards by my neck and
my shirt so I stopped and tried to start to give him the drill bit and
someone he knew who wasn't an employee
put me in a full nelson. I walked in the store totally willingly which
is on vidoe which the judge didnt look at in court; I had gotten in an
arguement with the kid while we were walking in the store and he
said, "I'm going to charge you with robbery". I told him he doesn't have
the authority to do that. He said talk to the cop
when he gets here, but it's not going to help you because he's a freind of
mine. When the cop came he told him that I punched him (he knew
exactly what he needed to say to get a robbery
charge. I ended up spending $3000.00 on what ended up to be a extremely
bad attorney and got sentenced to 10 years in prison (first offense)
and I spent another $7000.00 on appeal which is pending. Right after this
happened the kid got moved from loss prevention to the men's section.
That is awfully strange considering that this kid
wants to become a cop. He also said in court that it was very violent
and that I threw a lot of punches but his first statement said A PUNCH.
There are a lot more problems with what they
did!!!! IT WAS ALL ON VIDEO BUT THE JUDGE DIDN'T WATCH IT BECAUSE THE
KID SAID THE PUNCHES HAPPENED RIGHT BEFORE THE TAPE STARTED FILMING (yeh
right). Write back on info so I can write to some one in the ranks
at WAL-MART. I HAVE HEARD OF WAL---- EXTORTING PEOPLE FOR MONEY AFTER THEY GOT CAUGHT FOR SHOP-LIFTING, SAW IT ON DATELINE. WALMART MADE MILLIONS OFF OF SHOP LIFTERS. MY NAME IS CHRIS STEIN. THANKS" |
