E-Mail from Customer Who Hates Wal-Mart:
"Sir, my friend and I have not had such a large thing happen to us with Walmart but we have had enough of their uncaring and its not my job attitude, it took her three weeks to get her tires, once they had said they were in and they had one tire, they sent someone to collect the other three and he came back with one, because he claimed, the computer told him he only needed one! He actually read it wrong I believe due to the fact that there was one there and they were short three. Then there was the incident of getting those same tires rotated before a big trip and when my friend went to pick up the car the hood was up and they had drained her oil! They had not even rotated the tires yet, she also uses a special oil that of course they were out of and they had to go to the autocrats store to obtain some. It would not be so bad if you thought they were remorse in what happened but the attitude they exude is well what do you want me to do and no the manager is not in so you have to talk to me and I am not authorized to sneeze in public! I have had smaller things happen, in an oil change situation, the crew several times trashed my van with grease, did not vacuum, which was part of the service and then they wrote down that the tires had 35 lbs in them when in fact both front tires were below 30 lbs! So what else in that service I paid for did they not do? When you go to check out of the store you have gum chewing and gossiping clerks, the ones that you ask for help in the store have it down pat, they state, if you dont see it we dont have it.....then turn away and gossip and gum chew (I think its a club!) Who do we tell this to? We came across your web page and would appreciate some advice, we are tired of poor service and total rudeness and lack of professionalism on Walmarts employees part. What ever happened to the customer is always right? It sure has changed since Mr Walton passed away, they should glorify his memory instead of TRASHING it as they did in your case (had to use the pun, sorry)

take care, good luck,
Kathleen and Peggy"
