"I agree, Walmart is not a nice entity. As far as I'm concerned it is a blemish on all of society.
I am a 64 year old retiree of a large manufacturing facility. I was the director of safety having served 12 years in that position and an additional 21 years in various other positions, at that same company, until my retirement in 2002. Following retirement I "loafed" around for some 9 months and decided to return to the workplace. I applied at Walmart and was given a job in Sporting Goods. I lasted all of three weeks. I was treated in the most unprofessional manner and found no humor in continuing on employed within those "hallooed walls." Your property looks very bad...but please go to the Walmart store in Cancun, Mexico...the empty pop bottles, candy wrappers, discarded food stuffs, shopping bags (both paper and plastic), wooden pallets, plastic milk bottles, cigarette butts, wrecked shopping carts, along with other "general" garbage and trash adjacent to their property is a total embarrassment. I swear, trash is piled some 2 feet high (packed) stretching some 40' by 60' next to the bus stop. I didn't see any rats scavenging throw the pile but I'm sure they come out at night. Disgusting. Good luck to you all ... in dealing with Walmart you will need all the luck you can muster. "
Can anyone send me a photo of the trash at the Cancun, Mexico store to add to this web page? Thanks, web-master |
