"I recently read your web page about Wal-Mart. I don't know how old it is,
but I thought I'd respond anyway.
You're right about how awful the company is. However, you should try
working for them, cause it gets worse. I broke my finger on the job, and
spent 7 months trying to get them to pay the hospital bill. They tried to
say I failed my drug test, that the accident didn't happen in the course of
my job. They tried to fire me, to get me to quit, they billed me for the
emergency room visit. A flood of paper work, and incidents where paper work
was "lost" finally got me turned over to the credit bureau. Finally its
solved, I hope, but I learned my lesson. Their whole "our people make the
difference" campaign is a lie."
